You have applied for a position in a bank part of international group, ProCredit Holding AG, based in Frankfurt am Main, Germany is the majority shareholder in the 21 national ProCredit banks around the world. As an international company, we have certain principles which shape our staffing policies, and to help you make a successful application we would like to introduce you to some of them.
Firstly, what are your motives for applying to ProCredit? Together with you; we take your application very seriously. Applications which do not communicate a candidate’s qualifications and motivations, nor show a specific interest in or awareness of ProCredit, will not be considered.
Those candidates selected for an interview with our human resources team will be required to:
- Do a one hour written mathematics and logic exam. Passing this test is an essential stage in the recruitment process.
- Those that have passed the math test will be invited in group interview
- Those that have passed the group interview will be invited in an individual interview.
We will inform you if you are the candidate selected for this process. Selected candidates shall pass all above mentioned steps. We hope you will be one of them.

In addition to the Maths-1 test, which you should pass during your probation period, we also offer Maths-2 and an accounting test. We give you every assistance by providing in-house training and teaching materials developed specifically by us. A good level of English is necessary for management positions, and we also offer in-house English classes. Our Regional Academies or the Management Academy in Furth, Germany provides training for more senior levels of management.
