In addition to various in-house trainings we offer to our employees at ProCredit Bank in BiH, selected employees attend courses at group-wide training facilities, such as the Regional ProCredit Academy in Skopje, Macedonia, and the main ProCredit Academy in Fürth Weschnitz, Germany. Education at ProCredit Academies advocates the social values, the responsibility and knowledge. In such a way, the employees from different countries have a possibility for knowledge exchange in an international environment. Therefore, the knowledge of English is essential for our employees and particularly for the managers.
It is important to emphasize that every ProCredit employee who gained experience in one area, have a possibility to further develop in another department or branch.
