Notice to payment card users
Dear clients,
For the purpose of protection of its clients, ProCredit Bank has introduced additional security measures to be applied while making payments and using payment cards on Internet, by making purchase verification with CVV2 number. This way of payment additionally protects users from potential misusage on Internet, and provides solely the user physically holding the card, with the possibility to make purchases.
CVV2 is a three-digit verification number and is placed at the back of the card, written at the card user signature panel.
As some internet vendors do not use such type of protection, determined not to deprive clients of usage of popular Internet services, we have decided to permit purchase without CVV2 number only at vendors using encrypted channels of communication while authorizing transactions.
