Information for clients - Main account status

Dear clients,
We would like to inform you that, in accordance with the RS Law on Domestic Payment Transactions (Official Gazette of the Republika Srpska, number 52, of 07 June 2012), business entities from the area of the Republika Srpska are under obligation to assign the main account status to one of the accounts they use by submitting a written request to any ProCredit bank business unit, not later than 15 September 2012.
The main account will be used for enforcement of forced collection orders pertaining to legal liabilities and public revenues, orders for collection of securities and security instruments, as well as orders for enforcement of court decisions, and other enforcement documents.
