20.06.2008

ProCredit Bank continues with the expansion of business unit network, and, hence, it has opened today a new business unit in Šamac. As Radomir Savić, ProCredit Bank Regional Manager, has stated, opening of new business units is in line with the efforts that the Bank makes in order to respond to the needs of clients, by providing professional and transparent banking services.

Business unit in Šamac is the fourth ProCredit Bank business unit opened this year, and the 43rd in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The operations of this business unit will enable small and medium entrepreneurs to initiate or expand the existing business activities, through lending services adjusted to their needs.

„Over the years, we have kept our focus on lending to small and medium-sized businesses in the country. Currently, the Bank’s loan portfolio exceeds the amount of 341 million KM. These results have been achieved by both improvement of client services and our intense presence at the Bosnia and Herzegovina market”, Savić said.

Retail clients have the possibility to use the payment, lending, card business, electronic banking, and savings services. „Citizens have recognized the quality of our savings products that are easy-to-understand and reliable. Also, interest paid for fixed term savings amounts up to 6.5% p.a., for the period of five years, which is an additional motivation for our clients. The Bank’s deposit base at the end of May exceeds 335 million KM.”

People of Šamac are invited to visit the business unit during the two-week event called “Days of Open Doors” and to directly learn about the services offered by the Bank. ProCredit Bank soon plans opening of new business units in Bugojno, Mostar, Velika Kladuša and Bosanska Krupa.
