Announcement about the sudden loss of our colleague Mirela Korić, director of legal affairs, AML, and compliance monitoring of ProCredit Bank

With great sadness and sorrow, we received the news that on February 4, 2023, our dear colleague Mirela Korić, director of Legal, AML and Compliance Monitoring Department, passed away suddenly.

Mirela was a member of the ProCredit Bank d.d. Sarajevo collective for 23 years and one of our institution’s mainstays. She made a significant contribution to the institution’s development as an advisor to the Management Board on corporate governance standards, legal issues, and other banking activities. She also made a substantial contribution to the systematization and resolution of legal difficulties in the banking sector as President of the Legal Regulation Commission at the Association of Banks of Bosnia and Herzegovina. She distinguished herself for her thorough approach, good communication and writing skills, high ethical standards, and charm.

The death of colleague Mirela represents an irreparable loss for ProCredit Bank and its team and leaves colleagues with emptiness and immense sadness.
