Duties
and responsibilities:
- Acquisition
of potential clients by promoting credit, deposit services, documentary
operations and payment services of the Bank
- Customer
needs analysis and customer care in your portfolio
- Regular
visits to clients in order to establish and maintain quality and long-term
cooperation Visits to clients, in order to assess the financial and commercial
condition of the client’s activities
- Preparation
of commercial and financial analysis for clients
- Preparation
of credit presentations and proposals for the credit committee
- Regular
monitoring of clients and development of their business activities
- Monitoring
the repayment of loans and contractual obligations of the client
Required
qualifications:
- University
degree, graduated from the Faculty of Economics
- At
least 1 year of work experience in the acquisition of clients in financial
institutions, with the priority of working in banks
- Active
knowledge of English (minimum level B1)
- Computer
skills – MS Office
- Expressed
negotiation, analytical and presentation skills
- Organizational
skills, precision, reliability and teamwork
- Willingness
to take responsibility
- Willingness
to work in the field and work under pressure
- Category
B driver’s license, active driver
Client Advisor
For business units:

Duties
and responsibilities:
The Client
Advisor is responsible for the acquisition of new bank clients as well as for
maintaining good business relations and expanding cooperation with existing
bank clients.
The
basic work tasks of the Client Advisor with Private Individuals can be reduced, among
other things, to:
- Contacting
new and existing clients
- Regular
meetings with clients and presentation of ProCredit bank services
- Presentation
of the concept of digital, direct banking and business model of the bank to
potential clients through all communication channels
- Customer
care for existing clients and expanding business cooperation with them
- Proposing
measures for improvement and development of new services provided to clients
- Work
on projects for the development of new and improvement of existing services
Required
qualifications:
- VSS
- Active
knowledge of English, minimum level B2
- Computer
skills
- Experience
in banking positions that involve working with clients
- Communicativeness
- Proactivity
and a strong desire to achieve results
- Expressed
negotiation, analytical and presentation skills
- Organizational
skills, precision, reliability and teamwork
- Willingness
to attend trainings organized by the employer
