ProCredit Bank has developed SMS banking to help our clients get better insights into their banking transactions anytime, anywhere. This functionality is part of Active service and it refers to SMS notifications regarding all the transactions conducted via debit card or the account inflows in the amount equal or greater than 50 BAM (25 EUR).
SMS notification contains:
- date and time of the transaction
- information about location the transaction has been initiated at (applicable for card transactions only)
- the amount of transaction and currency
- information about the account balance
In order to exercise the benefits of this service, the clients have to possess valid phone numbers. In case you would like to use the service but in the meantime your phone number has changed, please notify us on 033/250-950 via our Clients Support Center or send us an e-mail via info@procreditbank.ba.
