Duties and responsibilities: 

• Acquisition of
  potential Bank clients by promoting lending and deposit services, documentary
  business, payments services and the channels suitable for the provision of the Bank’s
  services
  
• Analysis of
  client’s needs and ensuring client care for the clients within their
  portfolio   
  
• Offering
  products best suiting the client’s needs and instructing clients how to use
  them
  
• Making sure
  that fast and efficient client service is offered
  
• Paying
  regular visits to clients to establish and maintain a high-quality and long-term
  cooperation with them
  
• Visiting small
  business clients to estimate financial and commercial position of their
  business
  
• Preparing loan
  applications, banking guarantees, documentary letters of credit
  
• Preparing
  commercial and financial analyses of small businesses
  
• Preparing
  credit presentations and Credit Committee proposals
  
• Regular
  monitoring of small business clients and their business development
  
• Loan
  repayment monitoring
  
• Monitoring of
  clients’ adherence to contractual obligations, in accordance with the internal
  acts that define the loan monitoring methods
  
• Maintaining
  the preferred loan portfolio quality by minimizing outstanding loans in
  arrears, detecting in time the potential risks for the business, and providing proper
  response thereto.
