In 2021, and next year, at several different levels in the public administration of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the introduction of qualified electronic signatures has been announced, the basic intention of which is to simplify business processes and procedures for companies.
Fully realizing the importance of this reform, which for the business community means not only simplification but also cheaper and more efficient business, ProCredit Bank started preparations for digitalization in 2015 and welcomed this shift in reform fully prepared and with developed and tested mechanisms. As part of the changes so far, ProCredit Bank has already enabled all clients to use digital banking services, such as Zone 24/7 and electronic and mobile banking.
This service, like all others in the ProCredit business portfolio, is carefully designed to enable and ensure the simplicity, security and availability of banking services to customers at all times. Within the Zone 24/7, there are machines for withdrawing and depositing funds in local currency. It is important to point out that Zona 24/7 also provides exchange office services so that ProCredit Bank clients can deposit or withdraw EUR currency at any time, all with one card.
In addition, ProCredit Bank advisors are informed, trained and ready to provide integrated, holistic support to clients who have a need or interest in the digital way of doing business. Carefully following the developments and practical applications in the process of digitalization, the bank’s strategy is that by introducing new, customized tools and continuous training of employees, any change is fully operational and ready.
“The ethical pillars on which ProCredit Bank BiH’s business with businessmen in BiH is based from the very beginning, more than 24 years ago, imply precisely these features: simplicity, ease, efficiency, speed. We are committed to digital banking and strongly advocate for the application of all mechanisms that contribute to the strengthening of business entities, fully aware of the fact that their well-being and economic progress of the state are directly related to the greatest possible extent, “said Amir Salkanovic, President of the Board of ProCredit Bank BiH.
“After more than six years of preparation and commitment for this moment, we are extremely pleased to see for the first time that the market is truly led by the Indirect Taxation Authority (ITA) and that public administration institutions are being digitized to provide the business community with the simple, fast and secure approach. That is exactly our focus and task, “Salkanovic was clear.
The technology provided by ProCredit Bank BH, as the first digital bank in BiH, to customers is already proven and known, and the electronic banking platform is regularly upgraded to adequately follow any change that will now, for sure, follow in the near future. The readiness and speed with which ProCredit Bank adapts to all changes explain the fact that for many years this bank has been the first choice of businessmen in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
“We believe that the concrete adoption of digitalization and electronically qualified signatures is an important moment in public administration reform. We will continue to closely monitor its progress and advocate for full digitalization as soon as possible, which will apply to individuals and thus further improve all We sincerely hope that the introduction of electronic signatures for individuals will be among the first big news that we will publish soon “, concluded Amir Salkanović.
