The competition is intended for final-year students, graduates, and recent degree holders who are seeking their first job — regardless of whether they come from public or private universities. The focus is on the cities of Sarajevo, Mostar, Banja Luka, Bijeljina, Tešanj/Jelah, and Tuzla, but applications are open to all young people across the country.
During five days of intensive challenges at a dedicated location, participants will work with mentors from ProCredit Bank on real business tasks, develop solutions for current challenges in the financial sector, and gain genuine insight into modern banking. ProChamp 2.0 will be an opportunity to connect with professionals and enhance skills that will benefit all participants in their future careers. Naturally, ProChamp also opens the door to becoming part of the ProCredit team.

How to apply?
Interested individuals can apply either individually or as a team of up to three members. Candidates applying individually will be assigned to teams by the organizers.
