II – SUBJECT OF THE INVITATION
The subject of this invitation is the procurement and installation of the following equipment:
• 2x DELL PowerEdge R670 servers
- Processors: 2 x Intel Xeon 6 Performance 6527P
- RAM: 1 TB RAM
- BOSS: 2 x 480 GB in RAID-1 configuration
- Network adapter – 4 ports (10 Gbps)
- FC HBA card, 2-port, 32 Gbps
- License for remote access and monitoring (iDRAC Enterprise)
- Redundant power supply and cooling
- Warranty: 5 years
for the needs of ProCredit Bank d.d. Sarajevo (hereinafter referred to as: the Bank).
The technical characteristics of the servers and other required equipment are defined in the technical specification, which forms an integral part of this invitation. Offers must comply with the specifications stated in the annex.
III – CONTENT OF THE OFFER
The offer must include the following:
a) Name and registered office of the bidder, responsible person, and contact phone number
b) A signed statement that the selection of the supplier and the offered equipment cannot be transferred to another supplier without the Bank’s consent
c) A statement by the bidder confirming that, if selected as the best bidder, they commit to entering into a procurement contract with precisely defined prices and delivery deadlines, and that any subsequent market price changes will not affect the already concluded contract
d) A completed supplier questionnaire and the ILO standards compliance questionnaire (questionnaires are attached to this invitation)
e) Date of the offer
f) Validity period of the offer (minimum validity period: 30 days)
V – DEADLINE AND METHOD OF SUBMISSION OF OFFERS
The deadline for submission of offers is 15 days from the date of publication.
Offers must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the address of the service requester specified under Section I – General Information about the Service Requester, with the following note:
“Offer for the procurement and installation of equipment for the ProCredit Bank Data Center – DO NOT OPEN.”
The envelope containing the offer must include two parts:
- General part – printed on company letterhead and containing general information, a list of references (references confirming experience in installation and maintenance of the offered equipment), a copy of the certificate of company registration in the court register, and a copy of the tax registration certificate
- Commercial part – printed on plain paper, without letterhead or any company markings or bidder information, consisting of the commercial and technical section with prices and all relevant data
Bidders whose offers are not prepared in accordance with the above criteria will be excluded from the tender process, and their offers will be classified as invalid.
Offers received after the deadline defined in Section V – Deadline and Method of Submission of Offers will not be considered.
