IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR CLIENTS

PROTECTION AGAINST SPAM AND PHISHING EMAILS

Dear clients,

We would like to inform you that we have recently observed an increasing number of fraud attempts and data manipulation through fake (phishing) emails. In some cases, the sender falsely claims to represent ProCredit Bank and misuses our identity.

An example of such an email is shown below:

We would like to remind you that ProCredit Bank never sends emails or uses other communication channels with suspicious content asking our clients to enter or confirm personal information, card numbers, PINs, or passwords.

If you receive a suspicious email that:

  • comes from an unknown or suspicious address rather than the official ProCredit Bank domain @procreditbank.ba,
  • contains a link and urges you to click to verify your identity or update your information,
  • requests any confidential information,
  • contains numerous spelling or grammatical errors, or an incorrect sender name, etc.,

please delete the message immediately and do not open any links or attachments.

For your safety:

  • always verify the sender’s email address,
  • do not open suspicious attachments,
