As part of joint initiatives to improve the financial and digital literacy of citizens in Bosnia and Herzegovina, implemented by the Association of Banks of BiH in cooperation with the Central Bank of BiH, partner IFC DFS, and the entity banking agencies, a “Citizen Guide” has been prepared.
The guide is intended to inform and educate citizens about modern electronic and digital financial services. Through clear and accessible content, it covers topics such as digital and card payments, mobile and online banking, security of financial transactions, instant payments, as well as the process of integration into the SEPA area.
The aim of this guide is to facilitate citizens’ understanding of modern banking services and enable their safer and more efficient use in everyday life.
