A non-purpose loan is a cash loan where the use of funds is not specified, and the Bank does not monitor fund utilization. A refinancing loan is intended for repaying one or more obligations with the same and/or other banks, with or without additional financing. Non-purpose loan characteristics include:

- 02Fixed interest rate for the entire repayment period, NIR 4,49%, EIR 4,94%*
- 03Processing fee: 0,50%
- 04No processing fee

*The Annual Percentage Rate (APR) for a non-purpose loan is calculated at a fixed interest rate of 4,49% for an amount of 50,000 BAM and a loan repayment period of 12 months, for Bank clients. The APR calculation includes all costs that may be charged to the loan user (loan account maintenance fee, CRK report fee, document certification costs, promissory note costs, and standing order registration costs).
Promotional rates apply to clients who receive their income through an account with the Bank or submit a Statement on the Transfer of Income. The promotion is valid until 31.07.2026.
