Basic Account

The basic account in BAM is an account for conducting payment operations with basic services, intended for all individuals who have legal residence in BiH but do not have an open account for payment services in BAM. The basic account can be opened by domestic and foreign individuals. It is exclusively opened in convertible marks and includes services: opening, managing, and closing the account, depositing and withdrawing cash on the account at ATMs or other similar devices, transferring funds from the account to another account by direct debit, using a payment card (including online payments), approvals (including standing orders), at terminals and through internet banking systems. The basic account service set includes:

• 04Free e-banking transactions within the country
• 05 Withdraw cash up to five times a month from any ATM in the country, completely free of charge.
